❓ Help & Frequently Asked Questions
HT Training Certificate Submission — submit.jphospitalityhub.com
Use a personal email address you have on file with HR / Payroll — your Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook account. If HR has more than one email for you, any one of them works. This is how we match your certificate to your employee record. Do not use the hotel front desk or property email address.
No. Even as a GM, please use your personal email address. The hotel GM email is a shared account and cannot be linked to your individual training record.
No. Each employee must submit their own certificate using their own personal email address.
If you're a property-level employee, make sure you're using a personal email address. If you're Corporate staff, make sure your email follows the format: [email protected]. If you continue to have issues, contact your General Manager.
Enter your full legal name as it appears on your employee record — first name and last name.
Yes. Names with hyphens, apostrophes, and multiple parts are all accepted.
Clear the name field and enter your full name (first and last).
It's the employee number HR / Payroll uses for you (it may be printed on your pay stub or badge). It is optional — if you know it, adding it helps us match your certificate faster. If you're not sure, leave it blank; your name, email and property are still used to match you.
You can upload PDF files or images (JPG, PNG, and most other image formats). Maximum file size is 3 MB. Images are automatically converted to PDF after upload.
Enter the completion date printed on your training certificate, exactly as shown — not today's date and not the date you upload it. We check this date against the certificate itself.
Yes, but HT training certificates are valid for 335 days from the completion date.
You can complete the training through PACT (pfreethem.org), ACAMS, Choice University (for Choice-branded properties), or any approved provider. Ask your GM if unsure.
Make sure you've selected the correct State and City first. If your property still doesn't appear, contact your General Manager.
Select State: Corporate (J&P HQ), then City and Property will both auto-select as Corporate.
Select your current property — the one you're working at now.
One or more fields have a validation error, or you haven't checked the "I am not a robot" checkbox. Look for fields highlighted in red.
If you saw a green confirmation screen after clicking Submit, your submission was received. Do not submit again — contact your GM to verify.
You cannot edit a previous submission, but you can submit again with correct information. The training team will reconcile any duplicates.
Contact your General Manager first. If they're unable to help, reach out to the J&P Training Team at [email protected].
